About the course
At the beginning of the User Experience Theory & Practice course, three distinct challenges were presented by three external organizations; the design agency Bureau Moeilijke Dingen, the experience design department of Philips, and the customer experience design agency Essense. As a team, our focus was set on the challenge presented by Essense, which tasked us with the following challenge: Improving the parcel delivery service by designing a unique experience – with a focus on refining the returning process specifically.

UX Portfolio
Within this personal portfolio, I delve in the evolution of the term ‘user experience’ over time, tracing its historical trajectory, and future development, in order to understand the key elements a prospective designer should consider. Moreover, I reflect on leveraging the subconscious mind in UX design, aligning with my overarching vision.
Manifesto
The manifesto was created by a team of two and communicates a clear message to the target audience of Designers to embrace the power of the subconscious mind in UX Design. The manifesto not only explains why this implementation is crucial, but also offers a practical guide for execution.
